NLC Recruitment 2023 : The NLC recruitment board recently issued a job notification for both Engineering and Non-Engineering graduates as well as diploma holders in Engineering courses. This opportunity is open to individuals who graduated and passed out from the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The selected candidates will undergo one year of Apprenticeship Training in accordance with the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973. The last date for application submission is 16th August 2023.

Qualification:
Engineering Graduate Apprentices:-An eligible candidate must possess a full-time Engineering or Technology degree granted either by a Statutory University, an Institution authorized by an Act of Parliament, or a recognized Professional Body, in the relevant discipline.
Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:- Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices are required to hold a full-time degree in the respective discipline granted by either a Statutory University or an Institution authorized by an Act of Parliament.
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-For Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeships, candidates should possess a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council, Board of Technical Education, University, or recognized Institution in the relevant discipline.
For Trade Apprentices – Candidate should have (ITI Certificate).
Age Limit: Candidate should have completed 14 years as of 1st April 2023
Salary:
- For Engineering Graduate Apprentices candidates will get Rs.15,028 /- Per Month
- For Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices candidates will get Rs.12,524 /- per month
- For the Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship candidates will get Rs.12,524 /- per month
- For Trade Apprentices, Selected candidates will get Rs.8,766 /- Per Month
Selection Process:
- For engineering graduates & Diploma Apprentices Selection will be based on a percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying Degree / Diploma
- For Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices Selection will be based on a percentage of marks scored by the candidates in all subjects in XII Std. (HSc) examinations.
