IBPS Clerk 2023 Notification: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS Clerk Exam annually to recruit candidates for clerical positions in 11 public sector banks across the country. All public sector banks utilize the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) to fill 4545 vacancies. IBPS Clerk CRP XIII is being held for the 13th year in FY 2023-24. The IBPS Clerk Exam 2023 is conducted in two stages: the preliminary exam and the main exam. Candidates who pass both exams are selected for the post of clerical cadre. The IBPS Clerk 2023 Application Dates are scheduled from 1st July 2023 to 28th July 2023.

Qualification:
- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in computer operations /Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.
- Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/ UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/ UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
Age Limit:
Candidates aged between 20 to 28 years are only eligible to apply for IBPS Clerk 2023 Examination.
Salary:The IBPS Clerk receives a basic salary of Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 47,920 per month, which includes various allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance, medical allowance, and transport allowance. The initial cash-in-hand salary for IBPS Clerk is Rs. 29,453. The basic pay constitutes Rs. 19,900, while the remaining salary is made up of the allowances mentioned above.
Selection Process:
- The IBPS Clerk CRP XIII recruitment process consists of two phases: the Preliminary Examination and the Mains Examination. To be selected for the position of clerical cadre in most top Public Sector Banks, candidates must pass both exams.
- It is essential to note that there is no interview process required after the mains exam, and 100% weightage is given to the result of the mains exam for the selection of candidates.
