Library Assistant	Graduation in First Class, First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
Technician-B/ Draughtsman	SSLC/ SSC Pass + ITI/ NTC/ NAC in respective trades from NCVT
